Nutrimost, the supervised diet plan that uses scanning technology (Nutrimost Resonant Frequency) to help users lose up to 45 pounds in 40 days, is embroiled in a lawsuit with a competitor, Healthy Living. According to the suit, Healthy Living blatantly stole the promotional video from the Nutrimost website, and ran the video on its own site. Healthy Living allegedly took all the references to Nutrimost off the video and replaced them with the “Can’t Lose Diet.” This version even had the original testimonials from Nutrimost’s users as well as from the company’s principal, Dr. Ray Wisniewski.
A cease-and-desist order was sent to Healthy Living, but a shorter version of the video remained on the company site. Though the video is now down from the site, Nutrimost is asking for a court order to keep the competitor from using their pirated video again, and is also asking for $300,000 in damages and the loss of “goodwill and reputation.”
The founder of Nutrimost, Dr. Wisniewski, states that the weight loss plan is “a professional blend of scriptural health wisdom and understanding along with leading edge science.”
Nutrimost offers a personalized weight loss plan that is guaranteed to take off at least 20 pounds in the first 40 days on the program. The program promises to take off weight with a targeted, personalized program that helps to reset metabolism and stimulate weight loss without hunger. The plan uses individually created nutrient and hormone enhanced supplements to detox the body, stimulate the metabolism and reduce appetite.
