Jason Hope is a philanthropist, investor and technological expert based in Scottsdale, Arizona. While his career experience is varied, Mr. Hope is best known for his pioneering role in the field of anti-aging technologies. There are treatments available for an increasing number of medical conditions in the modern world, but aging has traditionally been seen as a process that can’t be treated, slowed or reduced. Jason Hope, however, disagrees.
Jason Hope has dedicated himself to helping people live longer by slowing down or reversing aging, and he has worked towards this goal by donating to cutting-edge non-profits that have the potential to revolutionize how we age. Most notably, Mr. Hope donated $500,000 in December 2010 to the SENS Foundation, which seeks to help people fight aging by providing public access to anti-aging technologies. SENS goes about this primarily by conducting biotechnology research. Biotechnology refers mainly to the study of living things in order to create new, assistive medical technologies, although the biotech sector also encompasses research into improved methods of food production.
Mr. Hope’s donation has gone towards the production of ‘AGE-breaker’ medicines, which block the production of glycation end-products that contribute to a variety of age-related health problems. Some of the $500,000 was specifically used to fund a laboratory program in the United Kingdom that will study these harmful end-products. If it yields significant results, this research could help dramatically prolong human life.
Jason Hope grew up in Tempeh, Arizona, and after earning a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from a state university, he founded several successful Arizona-based technology startups. Aside from his contributions to the SENS Foundation, Mr. Hope has also donated to the Andre Agassi Foundation, which works to improve public education, as well as Teach for America and the Worldwide Orphans Foundation. He has also contributed to local organizations like the Arizona Science Center and the local Boy’s and Girl’s Club. Due to his important philanthropic work and his bio-technical expertise, Jason Hope has gained a reputation as a futurist and a technological expert, and he brings a dedicated, hands-on approach to both his charitable and entrepreneurial enterprises.

For the first time in nearly eight decades, Talos Energy, a private drilling contractor has sunk a new offshore oil well in Mexico. That comes as the latest step in Mexico’s drive to encourage foreign investors to go back to its energy market. Drilling began on May 21 through a joint venture of Mexico’s Sierra Oil & Gas and Houston-based Talos Energy, and London’s Premier Oil. It’s Mexico’s first offshore exploration undertaken by anyone other than Petroleos Mexicanos, a state-run monopoly since nationalizing of its oil industry in 1938.
The Zama-1 well is located in the state of Tabasco along the Sureste Basin. According to Premier Oil, the well holds an approximately 100 million to 500 million barrels of crude. Experts expect to take up to 90 days to complete drilling at the cost of $16 million. The three companies won rights in the first round of bidding in 2015 after Mexico voted to privatize its ailing oil industry. It is Mexico’s first non-Pemex well to be drilled in Mexico as part of its energy reform process. According to Elaine Reynolds, a London-based analyst, this well will be keenly watched by the oil drilling industry. Its structure suggests that the project has high chances of success. Based on the impact of Zama-1 in the Mexican energy market, it’s one of the prestigious exploration wells ever drilled in the country. As the operator of the well, Talos Energy owns a 35% stake in the project.

Eric Pulier is an author, philanthropist, and multi-disciplined entrepreneur who is working hard to change the world in a positive way. Eric graduated from High School in 1984 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in English from Harvard University in 1988. Since then, he has focused on aiding people who face economic challenges and children whose life has been changed by chronic conditions and illnesses. Eric looks to change these people’s lives through technological innovations, and he works on cutting edge technologies on daily basis in order to do so.
Eric Pulier’s column he wrote for in the Harvard Crimson took a look at many different topics in the typical Pulier style of humor and wit, and after he earned his degree there, he went on to create the company, People Doing Things. His time spent with his company offered people who worked in the healthcare and educational sectors new technology to help them do their job better. In 1994, Eric founded Digital Evolution, which merged with US Interactive later on to offer more than it could on its own. In 1997, Eric was picked to finish the presidential technology exhibit, named “The Bridge to the 21st Century,” by the Presidential Inaugural Committee.
Eric Pulier has been a part of 15 separate companies by either founding them, co-founding them, or funding them and among them are Desktone, US Media Interactive LLC., SOA Software, and MediaPlatformm. He has made millions of dollars for his companies, and because of this and his expertise VAR Business recognized him as one of top 30 e-visionaries in the world. His speeches given to technology conferences and forums have engaged a spread of inspired minds, and he hopes to continue to motivate future generations of people towards greatness.
Eric Pulier’s commitment to philanthropy and helping the needy has been the thread that ties most of his life together. Eric feels that without helping others his own life has less meaning. His work in developing a multimedia education platform that helps those with multiple sclerosis better understand the condition helped countless people, and his time spent with Norman Schwarzkopf Jr., Peter Samuelson , and Stephen Spielberg ended with the creation of the first private social media network called Starbright World, which connected children with chronic illnesses with each other through a safe forum, blog posts, and live chats.
Because of people like Eric Pulier, the world is a brighter place that many people are happy to be a part of.
